Get to know The Janel Morgan Team!

Janel leads our team with passion and grace! She has consistently worked with buyers and sellers over the last 20 years and has helped many people find their dream home or make that next big move in their lives. Janel received her Real Estate License in 2002. She then worked at a small office from 2002-2008. In 2008, she became a Realtor/Broker with RE/MAX Results. In 2015, Janel started The Janel Morgan Team, which has been, and continues to be, a top producing real estate team in Minnesota! Aside from real estate, Janel has a passion for personal development and enjoys attending Tony Robbins and John Maxwell events to help coach others on self-improvement. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids.

 

Mitchell Dale

// REALTOR / SALES ASSOCIATE / MARKETING COORDINATOR

Mitchell started working for The Janel Morgan Team in 2020 as the Marketing Coordinator while still attending the University of Minnesota Duluth. After graduating with a double bachelors degree in Marketing and Professional Sales in 2021, he went on to earn his Real Estate License. Mitchell now works with buyers and sellers to help them with their next move in life. Although he still works as one of the team’s Marketing Coordinators, he is very client focused and will make the process of buying or selling go as smoothly as possible. If you see him outside of work, it will likely be out on his boat fishing, or on his way out hunting!


ALEX REITER

Alex started working towards his real estate license after buying his first home in 2021 with Janel. He enjoyed working with her so much, that he joined the team in 2023.  Alex’s enthusiastic and personable approach makes him a great match for anyone when searching for their next big move. He will find a way to make the process fun and exciting as his goal is to help you find the next home as stress free as possible. In his free time Alex enjoys golfing, gaming and spending time with family and friends.

 

Morgan Weisen

//ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Morgan started her position as Administrative Assistant for our team in the spring of 2021. She has taken care of all of the “back end” work for our team such as handling files, tracking work orders, and coordinating closings. If you call our office during business hours, you will get to talk with her. If someone else answers the phone, it’s likely because Morgan is out of the office hiking with her dog, Kenai!


Cristy Lahr

// MARKETING COORDINATOR

Cristy joined our team in the fall of 2021 and began working as a Marketing Coordinator. She handles graphic design work, social media marketing, and specializes in public relations. Cristy works directly with our sponsored charities to help coordinate events so that our team can volunteer and help support the local community as much as possible! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her husband!
