When you work with The Janel Morgan Team, a percentage of our closing costs will be donated to 1 of 3 charities of your choosing. Our goal is to write some really big checks to our charity partners at our charity gala each year, but we need your help to do so. Work with us and lets give back to our community together, one home at a time!
Our Charity Partners for the year of 2024
Terebinth Refuge is a Christ-centered shelter and safe home that brings hope, healing services, and freedom to sexually exploited and trafficked women. As a shelter for hope and healing, Terebinth Refuge provides safe housing, longer-term transitional housing, and a variety of on-site services to help women attain their individual goals towards recovery and independence. Donations made in 2024 will receive a matched donation amount.
Ruff Start Rescue is dedicated to saving the lives of animals in need. They improve animal welfare in communities through adoption, education, and providing resources for people and pets. They strive for a world where every companion animal has a safe and loving forever-home and their family has the knowledge and resources needed to give them the life they deserve.
Bri’s Lodge has a mission to never let anyone have to grieve alone. They help individuals cope with loss, nurture physical and emotional well-being, and help bring hope for the future. Everyone that grieves has a unique and different journey that can be easy to get lost in. Bri’s Lodge helps people find their way throughout their journey. Bri’s Lodge has a goal to to expand to more locations than their current location in St. Cloud in order to provide more support to more local communities.
