Giving Back
When you work with The Janel Morgan Team, a percentage of our closing costs will be donated to 1 of 3 charities of your choosing. Our goal is to write some really big checks to our charity partners at our charity gala each year, but we need your help to do so. Work with us and lets give back to our community together, one home at a time!
Our Charity Partners for the year of 2025
ConnectAbility of MN, serving Minnesota since 1954, partners with county case managers to connect individuals with physical and invisible disabilities to essential services. We provide Community Engagement education, inclusive programs, volunteer opportunities, an Assistive Technology/Mobility Lab, and a Donated Equipment program—all aimed at helping children and adults in our community access the support they need at little or no cost.
You’re Not Alone (YNA) partners with school districts across Minnesota and beyond, bringing volunteer therapy dog teams into schools to support students and staff in meaningful ways. YNA promotes mental health and well-being by fostering acceptance, understanding, and empathy within schools and community.
FACT Packs, provided at no cost to K-8 students in the schools we serve, are care packages designed to support children lacking essential food at home. Feeding Area Children Together (FACT) is a volunteer-driven organization powered by donations from individuals and local businesses. Every dollar contributed goes directly toward purchasing food and supplies to fight childhood hunger.
